What is CBD?

Cannabidiol is abbreviated to CBD. Cannabidiol is a natural compound found in the hemp plant.

Does CBD show up on a drug test?

No. With Zero THC and full traceability from seed-to-shelf we guarantee you peace of mind during athlete examinations and testing.

How does CBD work?

For decades it has been known that the body produces its own cannabinoids. In line with this discovery we found that the human body has receptors. This network of receptors is called the endocannabinoid system which consists of CB1 and CB2 receptors. CBD attaches to these receptors.

Why take CBD?

CBD integrates in to your daily lifestyle in the same way vitamins do. Our products speak for them selves. Click our blog and influencer pages to see how CBD is benefitting active people with busy lives. Is this enough for this answer?

Is CBD legal?
CBD is legal throughout the EU and most countries globally. We still recommend that you double check the local laws if travelling abroad.

Can I get addicted?

No, CBD is not addictive.

Is CBD organic?

Yes. As you’ll see by our lab tests, our plants are grown without the use of any herbicides, pesticides or harmful chemicals.

How do I know which product is best for me?

We recommend to start on a lower dose. Our 500mg flavoured drops are ideal to test the water. If you live an active lifestyle we recommend 1000mg.

How much CBD should I take in a day?

As everyone responds to CBD differently, we recommend you start on a lower dosage starting at a quarter pipette twice per day then assess whether to increase your dosage to 3 times a day.

How long will the effects last?

Using the dosage marked on each product.

Oral drop -  effects from 2 to 5 hours

Effects may vary depending on product strength, dosage and body type. We recommend starting on 500mg and working your way up.

What is a carrier oil (MCT or hemp seed oil)?

When MCT and hemp oil are used in CBD products they are called “carrier oils”. MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides which derive from coconut oil.

We use MCT in all our tinctures. Medium Chain Triglycerides are a type of dietary fat. You will see MCT used in various sports products that help improve performance and weight management. The body processes MCT easily which makes it a great alternative to hemp seed oil.
